Cancellation Policy

We wouldn’t want you to cancel any new opportunity to learn but if you have some personal problem and cannot attend the boot camp at all, make sure to inform us at least 3 days in advance. We will refund the entire amount to you after deducting the administrative cost/bank transfer charges involved in the procedure.

• If you wish to cancel your boot camp after your arrival to India, we will deduct any administrative cost plus the cost incurred for one night stay and refund you the remaining amount.
• No amount will be refunded if you cancel the training once it has already started. You may cancel your attendance by notifying our registration department by fax or email registration at enquiry@bookmybootcamp.com
• The exchange rate of USD keeps on fluctuating. All the refunds will be provided as per the currency exchange rates of the day/date of registration.
• In case you cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances, your registration amount will be refunded after a period of 3 months from the date of intimation.

In case you cancel your trip due to unforeseen circumstances but are interested in attending the boot camp later, you can also transfer the deposit to another tour for up to one year. If bookmybootcamp cancels a training, all deposits and payments will get refunded to you.
